Every drill works the same way. You get a real interview question and a worked shape for that kind of question: the same shape for every question in the drill, not a written-out answer per question. Until you choose to go unscripted, you never start with an empty box.
You write your answer and say how it felt to you first. The tool then gives you two questions for reviewing that kind of answer. It does not score your words, decide whether you are ready, or rewrite anything.
The review questions stay the same for everyone practising that part of an interview. Your answer stays in your browser. Nothing is recorded, classified, or listening.

There is no account, no password, and no daily-use requirement. As the tools are built today, your work is saved in your browser on your own device, your answers are not sent to us, and there is no parent view or teacher view. If we ever change any of that, we will tell you clearly first, and nothing already on your device moves without your explicit yes.
That privacy has a trade-off. Your work does not follow you to another device, and clearing your browser data deletes it. Your browser can also clear it on its own, without asking you first: Safari, and the browsers on iPhone and iPad, are the most likely to do that after a long gap between visits. So take a copy. There is a Download my data button in settings, and restoring the file on a new device takes about a minute: pick the file and your kit is back.
You provide access. They decide how to use it.
Ask for a code with your own email address, and the code that opens the kit is emailed to you. You hand that code over, they enter it on their own device, and a short first-time setup follows. The kit is theirs from that point: their screen, their pace, their words. Disclosure practice is private by design: there is no view of it for anyone but them.
One purchase is for one person. You can hand that code to them. You do not need a second code just to give them the first one. A second person needs their own purchase. What they write, including disclosure decisions, stays on their device. You do not get a view of it. Handing the code over once is allowed. Passing that same code around after that, or selling it, is not.

A full refund, refunds that add up to the full amount, or a completed reversal turns that purchase's code off. A smaller partial refund does not. An open dispute does not. There are no accounts or passwords; you open the kit with the access code we email you. It usually arrives in a minute or two. Enter it once on each device you use, so keep the email. Asking again does not send a second code, so check your spam folder first. Until the email provider accepts the message, we keep an encrypted copy so we can retry that same code. Asking again while it has not arrived sends that same code, not a new one. After they accept it, we delete that copy. We cannot read the code back from the stored hash. If the email arrived and you lost the code, write to hello@getkitewise.com. We check it is yours and email a replacement, and the old code stops working.
We use your address for two things: sending you the code, and finding your code record again if you write to us about it. It is stored alongside that record so we can do that. Neurodivergent people facing their first real interviews and first jobs. If you are 30 or 45 and starting work, changing field, or going back after a break, the tools work the same way and there is a band for you at setup. Sixteen is the one real line, because of the terms you agree to when you set up a kit. Self-identified or diagnosed makes no difference to us, and nothing here asks about a diagnosis.
