Who we are

Kitewise is operated by AJ Hunt Ventures Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore and a wholly owned subsidiary of AJ Hunt Holdings Pte Ltd. We are the seller for your purchase and the company responsible for your data. When we say "we" or "us," that's who we mean. When we say "you," we mean the person using Kitewise.

What Kitewise is

Kitewise is one kit of four self-paced educational tools: Interview Reps, Disclosure Decider, Strengths Translator, and First 90 Days. Those four tools are the whole product. They help you practice and prepare. They are educational tools, not professional services. The educational disclaimer below is part of these terms.

Getting in

There are no accounts or passwords; you open the kit with the access code we email you. Your work is saved in the browser on the device you use. While the kit is free that code comes from asking for one; once checkout opens it comes from buying. Either way you get your own code and it works exactly the same. The server checks that the code is still active whenever a protected page opens, so opening a page needs an internet connection; the check never includes what you wrote. One code is for one person. If someone bought it for you, they may hand you that code once. After that, do not pass it on or sell it. We can turn a code off if it is passed around or resold, or after a completed full refund, refunds that add up to the full amount, or a completed reversal. An open dispute does not turn it off by itself. A free code is not turned off because a different purchase was refunded. When a code is off, the kit stops opening with it. When we build real accounts, we will tell you before anything changes.

Age

Using a kit: you need to be 16 or older. That is the rule. Kitewise is built around situations common between 16 and 25, and that is a guide, not a limit: if you are older and the tools are useful to you, they are yours to use. If you are under 16, the kit is not for you yet.

Buying a kit: you need to be 18 or older, because buying is a contract and in most places you have to be 18 to enter one. Checkout asks the buyer to confirm that, and, if the kit is a gift, that the person who will use it is 16 or older. We record the policy version, the time, and those confirmations. We do not collect a date of birth. The confirmation is not a check that we have verified anyone's age, and it is not a legal certification. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian buys the kit and agrees to these terms on your behalf. After that the kit is yours: you enter the access code yourself, you use it on your own device, and what you write in it stays yours. The person who paid does not get a window into your work, your disclosure decisions, or your activity, because we never hold that work.

While the kit is free: there is no purchase, so there is nothing to buy and no payment to agree to. If you are 16 or older you can ask for a kit yourself. Everything else here still applies to how you use it, and the kit you get is the same kit, on the same terms, kept for as long as we operate the tools.

Buying the kit

The kit is $29 USD, one payment, and that buys access to those four tools for as long as we operate them. While checkout is switched off the kit is free, and a free kit is the same kit: the same access code, the same four tools, and the same promise about how long we operate them. If you got yours before we started charging, it stays yours and we will not ask you for money for it later. When we say lifetime, that is what we mean: the life of these four tools. It is not a promise about anything we might build later. A new product would be a new product, and you would decide separately whether you wanted it.

AJ Hunt Ventures Pte Ltd is the seller for your purchase. When checkout opens, PayPal processes the payment. We do not see or store a card number. The amount you confirm before you pay is the amount we ask PayPal to charge. How sales tax or GST is treated is not settled on this page, and we will update this section before checkout is offered to the public. The refund policy below is part of these terms. Paying does not open the kit by itself. We email the access code to the payer. If the kit is a gift, the payer hands that code to the person it is for. We do not email that person unless they asked us to.

What you can't do

Don't keep passing an access code around, and don't sell it. Handing a code once to the person it was bought for is allowed. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the tools or their content. Don't use the tools to harass or harm anyone. If you do, we can turn your code off, and the kit will stop opening with it.

Your content

What you write in the tools belongs to you. As the tools are built today it is saved in your own browser on your own device and is not sent to our servers. Kitewise does not record audio or video. There is one kind of file the tools will read: the backup file you download yourself from the settings screen. "Restore from a file" opens that file in your browser to put your own work back, and what is in it does not reach us.

Ally View

Ally View is not built yet, and as the tools are built today there is no way to share anything with anyone: nothing you write in the tools leaves your device. If we build it, it will work one way only: you turn it on, you choose which windows are open, and you switch it off in one tap. What you write in the Disclosure Decider can never be shared through it.

Changes

We'll improve the tools over time. If we ever stop operating one of the four tools, we'll give you reasonable notice and a fair remedy, which may include a refund.

Honest limits

We provide the tools "as is." We work hard to make them good, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or that they'll get you any particular job or outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where our company is registered. Nothing here removes any consumer right you have under the law where you live. If something goes wrong, email us first at hello@getkitewise.com. We would rather fix it than fight about it.

Refund policy: the 30-day plain-language guarantee

Here is our whole refund policy, in the same plain language we build with:

If Kitewise isn't useful to you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

• No forms about why. No "have you really tried it" quiz. No exit interview. You can tell us why if you want to, it helps us build better, but a refund never depends on it.
• "Useful" is your call, not ours.
• In full means the whole amount you paid for that purchase. How sales tax or GST is added is not settled, so this page does not promise a tax line. If you did not pay for your kit, there is nothing to refund and this section does not apply to you. You can stop using it whenever you like, and you can ask us to switch your code off. A free code stays usable if a different purchase is refunded.
• Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. That timing is PayPal's, not a promise we control.
• We turn off the code for that purchase after a completed full refund, after completed partial refunds that add up to the original amount, or after a completed reversal. A smaller partial refund does not turn it off. An open dispute does not turn it off. Repeated notices for the same refund do not count twice. Everything you wrote stays in your own browser: it is yours, we never held it, and we do not delete it. You can export or delete it yourself from the settings screen at any time.
• One guarantee per person. The guarantee exists for honest trying, and we trust you to use it that way.

To ask for a refund, email hello@getkitewise.com from the address you bought under, or name that address in your message. That is the whole process. Your receipt has no refund button, so email is the way.

Educational disclaimer

Kitewise is an educational product. Our tools help you practice, prepare, and think things through. Here's what that means, honestly:

• We're not medical or clinical. Kitewise doesn't diagnose anything, treat anything, or replace therapy, counseling, or any professional care. If you're working with professionals, Kitewise sits alongside that support, never instead of it.
• We're not legal advice. Tools like Disclosure Decider help you think through your own decision: what feels right to share, when, and how. They don't tell you what the law requires or guarantees in your situation. Employment and disability law varies by state and situation; for legal questions, a legal professional or an advocacy organization is the right door.
• We can't promise outcomes. Kitewise gives you somewhere to practice and prepare before the real thing. No tool can promise you a particular job, or that any conversation will go a particular way, and we don't claim otherwise.
• Your choices are yours. Especially around disclosure: Kitewise will never tell you that you must, or must not, share anything with anyone. The tools exist to make your own decision clearer and more prepared.
